模具加工部配有数控加工中心两台、液压剪板机、液压折弯机、大型车床、铣床、摇臂钻等加工设备及二氧化碳保护焊、氩弧焊等专业技工。专业加工各类大型钢板模具及部分铝合金模具。模具的设计能力、制作能力较强，分别为西班牙、日本、独联体国家制作过大型滚塑模具，具有丰富的模具制作经验。

    The mold department has many equipments,for example, two numerical control centers for processing, fluid pressure plate-cutting machine,fluid pressure bending machine, large numerical control lathe, miller achine, radial drill and etc. In addition,there are technicians on carbon-dioxide arc welding and argon-arc welding . We can manufacture all kinds of large molds with steel plate and some aluminum alloy molds. We are good at mold design and mold manufacturing as we have the experience of manufacturing large rotational molds while cooperating with our customers from Spain, Japan, Russia and so forth.
